Por quanto tempo terei acesso ao treinamento?
O acesso ao conteúdo do treinamento é por tempo indeterminado. Você poderá assistir as aulas quantas vezes quiser. Você ainda terá acesso ao fórum de discussões, com total suporte do professor dentro da plataforma de estudos também por tempo indeterminado.
Quando terei acesso à plataforma?
Assim que tivermos a aprovação do pagamento, você receberá os dados de acesso automaticamente no e-mail cadastrado no ato da compra. Portanto, é importante que você tenha bastante atenção na hora de cadastrar seu e-mail.
Computer Software FAQS
How will I know if the app on my computer is working?
On Windows computers, you will see a round green icon in the system tray.
For Apple/Mac computers, if you leave the App running after install, it will run in the background.
If you do not see the App running by either of these methods, re-open the App and keep it running in the background.
Do you support Linux computers?
We do not currently support Linux. Mac and Windows computers are supported.
Do I need to leave my computer on?
You should leave the app running in the background on your devices when they are switched on. Please do not stop the app when viewing your running applications list. Please use the device as you normally would, ensuring the app is still running when you switch on your device.
My antivirus software says this application may be harmful. Is it?
The AnalyzeMe application is not harmful to your computer. We work with a number of anti-virus software companies to ensure that the application is not flagged as a threat. Sometimes there may be instances when warning messages appear. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
I’m using a Windows or Mac computer, why am I being asked to enable a browser extension?
For us to collect your browsing activity, we need you to enable our browser extensions on the browsers you use. We currently support Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Internet Explorer and Edge are not currently supported, so please try to use the supported browsers as much as possible during the study.
I am receiving an error from the app, what should I do?
Please take a screenshot of the error message you are receiving (see below for instructions), and contact us to tell us what happens before, during and after the error message has appeared.
Taking a screenshot on a Windows computer…
1. Click on the window you would like to capture.
2. Press Ctrl + Print Screen (PrtScn) by holding down the Ctrl key and then pressing the Print Screen key. The Print Screen key is near the upper-right corner of your keyboard. (Depending on the type of keyboard you have, the exact key names on your keyboard may vary slightly.)
3. Open the Paint application
4. In the Paint window, press the Ctrl key, then press and release the V key. Your captured screenshot should then appear within the paint window.
5. To save the image, click on the File drop-down menu located in the upper left-hand side of the toolbar and click on Save As.. and choose where you want to save the file.
Taking a screenshot on a Mac computer…
1. Press Command + Shift + 3 by holding down the Command (CMD) key, then holding down the Shift key, then pressing the 3 key.
I have got a new computer, what should I do?
If you get a new computer and want to continue participating, please contact your panel provider who will send you a new download link on your new handset.
How do I remove the AnalyzeMe application?
You should contact your panel provider so that they can close your account for you.
To uninstall on a Windows computer…
- To uninstall the desktop app, open the control panel and select ‘Uninstall a program’ from the ‘Programs’ section.
On the next window you will find a list of all your installed programs, locate AnalyzeMe and double click (or right-click and select uninstall) to bring up the uninstallation wizard.
Click ‘Uninstall’ and wait for the program to finish uninstalling. The program will now be removed from the computer and the Google Chrome extension will be automatically removed too.
To uninstall on a Mac computer…
It is important to follow these steps to ensure the App and the Browser Extensions are fully removed.
Right click the app icon in the top bar and click “Toggle Dock Icon” if the app icon is not already present in the dock.
Right click the AnalyzeMe dock icon and hold ALT until the “Force Quit” option appears in place of the “Quit” option.
Locate the app icon in the app folder (by using finder, or by opening the folder from the dock) and drag it to the trash. This will also remove the browser extension(s).
Empty trash to remove the app completely. If you notice that the extension is still active in your browser, simply restart the browser and the extension will be removed.
